My Rescurers!! ♥️

One soothing evening...I was confused about whether to go to coaching..or miss classes? because my mind was saying to go to classes and my heart was saying to take a rest and chill!! In this tug-of-war...I only had one option which was to call my rescuer muchkins.🥲..put my phone and dialled the number....ttrrrrrrrr....and then I said."Yaarrr....mil skte kya???.🥹.." the reply came " bus 5 min. de aa rhe"!!! Haha they are the ones who are just one call away from me!! 🤓

Yeah, Two cuties whom I have known for a very long period...from just casual coaching friends to "Jigris♥️" As time passes we don't even have an idea ....but the most important is bond gets stronger day by day...and year by year!!!♥️

Let me introduce you first one, " Bhai, tu thoda dhyan rkh le, aaj mat ladai krna mere se," is the constant dialogue of. He is one of the soft-hearted people I have ever known in my life, Listening to my non-stop bak-bak to singing songs while riding scooty and in between "Bhagwan is baar bacha le, next time iski scooty pr ni baithuga, Ram-ram-ram"  is the constant mantra for him....but again, this cycle continues!! haha...this brave man's name is Nagendra🧑‍🦱!! He is the man I can proudly say that "Can't give up on me, no matter what the situation is" Having a smart personality with a soft kind heart is very rare to find in this world because most people are putting multiple masks on their face, so its very difficult to recognise what's their true colour is. He is the one I love to fight, and irritate, but can't stop talking with each other. It's very difficult to recognise whether we are talking, or we are fighting. Having an emotional banda, whom you have to console like a small child, who gets jealous like a girl, who is a small kiddo by a heart whose heart is so soft they get hurt over small things but yes, small things make him happy as well!!  

BEWARE: This kind of multiple-personality person is rare to find in this world, and if you have one, just put them in a locker of your heart forever!!  I have put him in a locker by making him my bestie....If you have one, put them in a locker as soon as possible, before they escape!! ❤️

Now, it is time to talk about my second muchkins, A man who can easily melt the hearts of girls with his cuteness, who is so strong in hiding his tears with his cute si smile, and who always boosts me up by saying, "Tu kr legi, yaaar, tere liye difficult ni hai". He is a man, who is calm-minded, strong, and most importantly has so pure heart that even god cursed that girl who broke it.

 This man is just one call away from me. Ooops....I forgot to tell you his name...this gentleman is none other than "Alok" 🙎 We rarely talk on the phone but we know we are with each other in our thicks and thins!! and no worries girls, this man is single as well!! 🥹😂❤️

Life is very unpredictable, we don't know what will happen in the next second.. so, if you have someone who is close to your heart, just tell them they are, because we don't know what will happen next!! 

I have two,  and I am super blessed to have them both!! All I can say is I can't repay them for what they did to me..so it's just a small thankyou and a reminder that its, not an end...."Abhi to aur memories banani hai....aur aage badhna hai....aur bhot kuch achieve krna hai" by giving strength to each other, by boosting each other and yes, most importantly by putting each other's up if anyone falls by becoming each other's cheerleader!! 

Yes, no doubt, our pagalpanti will still continue......!! Haha, I can't say my favourite word here!!😅🥲

Organic farming: Its benefits and Challenges!

"Nature has provided us for our needs, but not for our greeds!

Organic farming is the farming in which farmers use natural substances like green manure, blood and bone meal, 

waste materials of plant and animals as a fertilizers and pesticides to meet the requirement of crops. 

Benefits of Organic farming

There are lots of benefits of organic farming which are listed below:

1. High Nutritional Value:

In Organic farming all the crops are grown from natural substances, bio pesticides and bio fertilizers

 like Rhizobium, Azopirillium, Azolla etc. which are free from chemical and harmful chemicals that harms our health

2. Eco- Friendly: Organic farming not only help crops to grow healthy but it also helps the nature from harmful

pollutions like air, water, soil.

3. Generate Employment : Organic farming is a labour intensive process which require lots of team-work, labours

which helps in generating employment for the people.

4. Good for health: As we know organic farming are free from chemicals and harmful fertilizers which are toxic to 

humans but consuming organic fruits and vegetables boost our health and health related problems.

Types of Organic Farming:

There are two types of Organic farming:

1. Natural Organic Farming: In this farming blood meal and bone meal etc. products are use for the growth of plants

and crops.

2. Integrated Organic Farming: In integrated farming green manures, waste materials from plants, leaves, animals are used 

in crops for their growth and development.

Demerits of Organic Farming:

1. Cost- Ineffective: Organic farmings requires lots of labour, natural fertilizers are costly which don't meet the demands 

of crops.

2. Time Consuming: Although organic farmings have immense health benefits but natural things takes time to grows and

gives late results which can't meet the demands of day to day growing population like India. Because we know that

weeds grows faster than crops. 

3. Demand Inefficient: India is now the highly populated country among other countries so its being very difficult to 

meet and fill the stomach of every Indian. 

4. Lack of Awareness: Organic farming yet not get the boost because of lack of self awareness among people. 

Conclusion: Organic farmings have lots of health, nutritional benefits which not only help humans but also the other creatures

because it helps to reduce water pollution which helps fishes, water creatures to grow, soil pollutions which helps other

plants to grow healthy and most importantly it reduces the air pollution which helps us to inhale fresh air. 

But to be practical, its difficult to bring in all the parts of country because of growing populations and lack of self awareness

but its not impossible.Government have brings lots of schemes which help farmers to boost their income and grow their crops healthy. 

The festival of nation is Free and fair elections"!!

 Every election is determined by the people who showed up!!

Introduction: Election is the process through which people can participate to bring changes in their country by electing a leader so, that leader can make a government and that government can bring positive changes for their nation. 

An election can be conducted by those countries that are democratic in nature, and this task can be done by the election commission of the country. By-election people can choose their leader and its very important the leader should not have any criminal records, he should have past experiences and determination to run a country in a better way that's why the election is also called "Of the people, for the people, and By the people" because people have the power choose, so its basically people's government!

Characteristics of Election

The election is conducted by an election commission in a country, where the nominee form is filled by the respective parties' selected candidates.

and then after the form is filled the candidates do campaigns in the whole country to spread awareness of what they bring things on the table of people.

before 24 hours of the election candidates are done with their campaigns. On the day of the election, people cast their votes in the form of a ballot paper or in a voting machine, and after a few days, after the voting count, the candidate is elected on the basis of the majority of cast votes by the people.

Importance of election

The election is very important as it brings suffrage in the country which means the right to vote for every individual, and every vote counts. Election is the process in which each and every individual participates from the country so it's like a festival for people the Election Commission is responsible for conducting it safely and fair so it's completely like a "Fair and free Election" which is why it is like a festival. 

Inflation!!

 Inflation can be defined as "The rise of pricing of goods which can be translated as a decline in purchasing power over time. 

There are two main causes of Inflation:

Demand-pull Inflation: When the demand for goods increases as compared to the production and supply of goods then it is called demand-pull Inflation.

Cost-pull Inflation: When there is a limited production of goods then the cost of goods increases to meet the needs of people. 

Types of Inflation

There are mainly four types of Inflation

1. Creeping Inflation: In this inflation increases very slowly or in a creeping manner. 

2. Walking Inflaton: In this type, Inflation increases moderately in a single digit.

3. Galloping Inflation: When the Inflation is more than 10% then it is called galloping Inflation.

4. Hyper Inflation: When the Inflation is more than 50% it is very hard to control then it is called hyper-inflation. 

Some other types of Inflation: 

Stagflation- When Inflation and Unemployment are at higher levels in the economy then it is called stagflation.  

Bottleneck Inflation- When the supply of goods falls drastically but the demand for goods remains at the same level. 

Effects of Inflation on Economy:

1. On creditors and debitors: The lenders suffer and debitors are happy with the increase in Inflation.

2. On exporters: The demands for goods and services for exports steadily increase with the increase of Inflation. 

3. On supply: When the demand for goods increases because of limited production of goods and its supply. Inflation has a negative effect on the supply of goods. 

Advantages of Inflation: 

1. Inflation can boost growth.

2. A moderate level of Inflation can help to adjust wages. 

Disadvantages of Inflation:

1. Increased levels of inflation can bring the difference between the poor and the rich. 

2. Without inflation the economy becomes uncompetitive. 

How to overcome or control Inflation?

Everything is good when it is used to a limit. RBI is doing so much to control inflation, here are some points:

1. Repo Rates: It is the rate when Commercial banks take loans from RBI.

Reverse Repo Rate: It is the rate when RBI borrows loans from banks.

2.  Reserve Ratio: It is the reserve in the form of liquidity, cash, gold etc. banks have themselves to control inflation. 

3. Open Market solution: RBI sells its liquidity in the open market to control inflation. 

The current Inflation rate of India:

RBI tolerance band for inflation is 2 to 6%. The rural inflation rate is 5.93% which is 0.47% higher than urban inflation. 

Education is the reason youth are not taking part in Agriculture!

In India, Agriculture contributes around 60-70 percent population. where people are engaged in agriculture and other agriculture-related activities. In the early or mid 90 people usually engaged in agriculture for their survival then the barter system was introduced where people could exchange their goods for their living. As time passes, the need of people increases they start producing their goods at the commercial level so that they can fulfill their needs. 

As days pass people become more aware, that they are searching for a better lifestyle and traditional agriculture can't fulfill their daily requirements and growth so they switch to various other sectors secondary and tertiary. and with this, we, the youth of our country don't have any idea we have deviated so much from our roots. 

Apart from earning money, youth feel somewhere embarrassed to take agriculture as their career. Even though only 0.4 million students pursue agriculture only 0.1 percent are very keen to do something in agriculture rest 80-90 percent people change their path like banking and doing other private jobs. 

With the growing population of India, it is enough to fulfill the needs of billions of people with a contribution of only 0.1 percent of people in agriculture? I think No.!!!

So what we can do? As we all know education is the most powerful tool that we can use to change the world, but if we use this "brahmastra" in our agriculture then it will bring a huge revolution in our country. In a country like India, where the youth population is higher compared to other countries, We have to understand our power, and with the knowledge our mindset, and our innovative ideas we can make a huge difference in our agriculture sector, even government is also providing us various schemes like startup entrepreneurship, PMUY, and many more. 

So, let's make agriculture our noble profession where no one feels ashamed to pursue it as their prime career choices!!

An Essential condition to eradicate poverty is to Women Empowerment

Whenever a woman stands for herself, she not only stands for herself, she stands for all the women around her!!

In developing countries like India, women account for 48.5% population in the country. Increasing populations and increasing poverty are the biggest drawbacks that make any country grow faster. Proper sanitation, proper hygiene, food supplies, proper education, etc are the key basic things everyone has right on it. and Govt. as well as individuals are fighting for it daily. But we all know fighting together against one thing is far more easy than fighting with each other and then fighting against one thing. isn't it true?

There are so many reasons why India is a developing country, not a developed nation. One of the biggest reasons is that women, who contribute to 48.5% percent population of the country have to fight unnecessary battles on a daily basis like education, food, and basic hygiene, even though there are many parts of India where women are not allowed to take their own basic decisions, people think what they are doing for them is right, is this always right? Child marriage, widow, staying in a toxic marriage rather than getting out of it because society will feel more proud if their daughter comes in the coffin rather than getting a divorce and then coming back home. I know it's hard to accept but it is true! 

We heard somewhere that "Charity begins at home"!! If we educate women, we not only educate women, it helps to educate whole and grow the whole family, so, can you ever imagine if we give wings to them? what will happen? Women will not only fly and bring prosperity to their families but to the nation as well. we can't neglect half of the population of our nation or can't make their life more devastating with so-called old taboos. If we really want to eradicate poverty from our nation, it can't be done alone. It can only be achieved by bringing both the essential pillars of our country (Men & Women) together. Then only the vision to eradicate poverty from the nation achieved!
